What do you enjoy most about your role? I enjoy being able to develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with people and their families over many years. I also like being able to provide a personal service and being there for people at any time – not just when they have a meeting booked in, for example.
How do you relax? By playing golf, keeping fit and enjoying holidays.
What is the most important lesson life has taught you? To maintain strength of mind and ambitions when things are proving difficult.

What’s your role? I am Oakworth’s protection adviser, so I look at how I can help to protect individuals and families’ loved ones in the event of a long-term disability or death.
What do you enjoy most about your role? My favourite part of the role is getting out there and meeting new people, whether that be clients, fund managers or professional connections. It’s very rewarding to be able to give clients peace of mind that both themselves and their loved ones will be looked after if anything happens to them.
How do you relax? My passion outside of work football. I’m a season ticket holder for my beloved Leeds United, so I regularly attend their games. I also enjoy playing it in my spare time.
What is the most important lesson life has taught you? The only person stopping you from achieving anything you want to achieve is yourself.

What’s your role? I look after all the little things that make the office run smoothly, which can be anything from making clients coffee when they come in, to photocopying their paperwork for them, to submitting business and preparing reports and valuations.
What do you enjoy most about your role? The variety – our clients are from all walks of life and we just try and be as helpful as we can to all of them. It’s a lovely company to work for and very family orientated – Richard’s kids come in every day because they go to the school near by, and we all know each others’ families.

How do you relax? Drinking, eating out, and general relaxing – there’s not time for much else!
